2. What are the dimensions of the tiles?
Each tile is 2 inches by 2 inches — small, stylish, and ideal for use on fridges, mirrors, walls, or office desks.
3. Do they stick to the wall? Will they damage it?
Yes! Each tile has an adhesive or magnetic backing that lets you place them easily on most smooth surfaces, without damaging paint or leaving holes.
4. Can I move them around or reuse them?
Yes, the adhesive can be removed and re-stuck a few times, depending on the surface. If you need to move them later, simply peel them gently and place them somewhere new.
5. How are the photos printed? Are they high quality?

6. How do I upload my photos after buying them?
Right after checkout, you’ll be prompted to upload your photos directly to our site. It’s quick and easy — no app or tech skills needed.
7. How many photos do I need to upload for my order?
It depends on how many tiles you order:
5-Tile Set → Upload 5 photos
9-Tile Set → Upload 9 photos
50-Tile Set → Upload 50 photos
📌 If you order 2 sets of 9 tiles, you’ll need to upload 18 photos.
8. Can I upload them from my phone? What if the photos are in different places?
Yes! Our uploader works great on mobile. You can select photos from your camera roll, Google Photos, iCloud, or any other storage location where you store your pictures.
9. What if I uploaded the wrong photo? Can I change it?
If you make a mistake, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order, and we’ll help you fix it before we print.
10. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship across the United States. We’re working to expand internationally soon!
11. What if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Don’t worry — if anything arrives broken or incorrect, we’ll fix it at no extra cost. Simply email us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it promptly.
12. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied with it?
Since each product is custom-made, we don’t accept returns, but we guarantee you’ll love it. If anything is incorrect, we’ll reprint or replace it at no additional cost.
13. Can I cancel or modify my order after I've paid?
Yes, but please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.
14. Is this a good gift idea? Can I send it to someone else?
Yes! Mini Photo Tiles make an amazing gift for birthdays, anniversaries, new parents, weddings, and vacations. You can even send it directly to someone else’s home with a gift note.
15. Is my information and photo data safe?
Yes — your photos are never shared, sold, or used for anything other than your personal order. Everything is processed securely and privately.
16. Want the same photo repeated multiple times?
No problem — just upload the image
once and let us know how many times you'd like it printed. For example, if you
want 9 copies of the same picture, just upload it once.

match your order — unless you're repeating one or more images.
